DINASA, Distributeurs Nationaux S.A., is a joint venture between GB Group and GFN, Groupe Financier National, the investment arm of a well-respected Haitian financial group. After seventy-five (75) years on the market, Shell, the Dutch multinational energy company sold its assets to GB Group and GFN. This resulted in the first Haitian-owned oil and gas-integrated company in Haiti.

Today, equipped with a savvy staff and industry knowledge, DINASA, is best known for its downstream activities, which encompass an impressive network of retail outlets around the country and a comprehensive portfolio of petroleum, fuels and lubricant products.

In a country crippled by power deficiency, the company has positioned itself as a leader in commercial and industrial energy supply. It plays a key role in providing factories and state-owned power plants with cost-effective energy solutions geared towards enhancing overall efficiency.

Following GB Group’s best-of-class tradition, DINASA is committed to serving its market by continuing to research and offer energy products conducive to improving the overall business environment in Haiti.
